Jerry Millington
Managing Partner
Jerry brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, having originated and structured over $2 billion in debt and equity transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial development projects. Prior to founding Brookmont, he led capital markets teams at Pacific Oak Capital Management.
Luisa Montenegro
Managing Director
Luisa specializes in construction lending, agency financing, and capital stack structuring for institutional sponsors. Luisa helped oversee Brookmont's inaugural $200M Equity Fund and now also oversees Hawthorne Mason's inaugural Single Family Rental fund for the Washington DC MSA.
Raymond Scott
Managing Partner
Raymond brings deep expertise in credit structuring, having led credit solutions for a National Credit Union. He also contributed significantly to Brookmont's inaugural $200M Equity Fund and now leads private credit solutions for new investors active in the Fix & Flip space.
Kevin Pham

Vincent brings over 20 years of experience in mortgage and real estate finance, with deep expertise in loan origination, borrower advisory, and capital structuring. At Brookmont, he supports the placement of debt solutions for commercial real estate transactions while also leveraging his extensive residential lending background to assist borrowers through the Retail Mortgage Division.
Christian Reina
Head of Capital Structuring
Christian began his career in real estate investment banking at Deutsche Bank, covering public and private real estate companies including REITs and major hospitality platforms. With experience spanning over $3 billion in real estate transactions, he previously oversaw a portfolio of more than $300 million in distressed debt at Maverick Real Estate Partners.

Caleb brings a strong sales background with experience working alongside engineering firms and residential developers. At Brookmont, he supports capital origination efforts by building relationships with sponsors and helping structure financing solutions for commercial real estate projects.
